About Us

With over 20 years advancing the study of self-inquiry and human development, and with graduates and students in 26 countries around the globe, Madanes School is the first international education and coaching organization specializing in transdisciplinary research using the Enneagram system of personality types.

Madanes School is an official licensee of the International Association of Coaching and functions as a transdisciplinary academic collaborative center to develop practical applications of the Enneagram. To connect the field of research with practice the School works to build academic collaborations, maintaining exchanges with professors at leading universities around the world, from diverse fields such as psychology, coaching, management, and neuroscience (see the school’s endorsers here).

Yechezkel Madanes

Yechezkel is Madanes School's CEO. He serves at the Board of Governors of the International Association of Coaching, where he also acts as Its Global Director of Research. Yechezkel graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a well-known personality type profiler and expert in the Enneagram system. For the last 15 years, he has been at the forefront of researching the use of the Enneagram in conjunction with the MBTI and other well-known systems, collaborating intensely with the Myers - Briggs community. He certified with Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes and is the author of 8 Enneagram and coaching books, translated into 11 languages. Passionate about the Adizes methodology and its universal applications, he has been collaborating with Dr. Ichak Adizes in different projects for the last decade and is the Director of the Coaching division at the Adizes Institute in California. He coaches clients across the world in English, Spanish, Hebrew and Portuguese.
